Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional day or two — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, delivery times are as follows:

United States 7–9 business days
Canada 7–11 business days
United Kingdom 7–11 business days
Australia 7–11 business days

Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times can vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or local holidays.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all US orders over $40
  • Orders under $40 ship for a flat rate of $4.99
  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update once your order has shipped.

You can track your order anytime at by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the United States, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total at checkout. We're unable to predict what these charges may be, as they vary by country.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@theclovafit.com — we can update your order only if it has not yet shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Clova Fit is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided, but marked lost or stolen after delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:

  1.  Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Contact your local courier with your tracking number
  3. Reach out to us at support@theclovafit.com and we'll do our best to assist

Delayed Shipments

While we work with reliable carriers, delays can occasionally happen due to weather, customs, or high shipping volumes. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated via email if we're aware of any significant delays.
