Refund policy

At Clova Fit, your satisfaction matters to us. If your bodysuit isn't the right fit or you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags still attached
  • In the original packaging where possible

For hygiene reasons, items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage from use cannot be accepted for return.

How to Start a Return

  1.  Email support@theclovafit.com with your order number and the reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to confirm we've received it. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note: depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color instead of a refund? Email us at support@theclovafit.com and we'll arrange a free exchange, subject to stock availability. If your desired size or color is out of stock, we'll offer a full refund instead.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product), we cover return shipping costs
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Items without original tags attached
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Final sale or clearance items, clearly marked at checkout

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@theclovafit.com with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days of approval:

  1.  Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your card issuer — processing times can vary
  3. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@theclovafit.com
