At Clova Fit, we want you to feel confident and excited about your order. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please review the policy below.
Order Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, free of charge, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, email us at support@theclovafit.com with your order number and the subject line "Cancellation Request." We process cancellation requests as quickly as possible during business hours.
After the 12-Hour Window
Once your order has been processed for shipment, we are unable to cancel it. This is because orders move into fulfillment quickly to get your bodysuit to you as fast as possible. If your order has already shipped, you're welcome to return it once received in accordance with our [Refund & Return Policy].
How to Request a Cancellation

If your cancellation is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Order Modifications
Need to change your size, color, or shipping address instead of cancelling? Contact us within the same 12-hour window and we'll do our best to update your order before it ships.
Subscription or Recurring Orders
If you are enrolled in any subscription or recurring order program, you may cancel future shipments at any time by emailing support@theclovafit.com at least 48 hours before your next scheduled charge. Cancelling a subscription does not cancel or refund any order already in process.
